Kathryn R Hibbert, OTR/L, CHT, Owner

Kate graduated Boston University’s Sargent College with a Master’s in Occupational Therapy in 2008. After a period working in a hospital setting, she focused on outpatient rehab and earned her certification in Hand Therapy in 2013.

She has specialized in upper extremity treatment for over 10 years and works with adults as well as children. Her own experiences of living with Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis, with which she was diagnosed when she was 9, provides her with an understanding of both sides of medical practice.

Prior to founding REACH, she worked at the University of Vermont Medical Center Hand Clinic for 7 years and Northwestern Medical Center before that.

Outside of hand therapy, Kate enjoys traveling, gardening, and spending time with her ‘boys.’

Shelby McLenithan, MSOT, OTR/L

Shelby graduated with a Master’s in Occupational Therapy from the University of Saint Augustine in 2020. During her academic journey, she gained hands-on experience in various settings, including outpatient rehab and pediatrics. She worked in an outpatient pediatric setting in West Palm Beach, where she treated a wide range of diagnoses, honing her skills in a diverse and dynamic environment.

In 2022, Shelby relocated to Vermont and transitioned to a home health setting, where she continues to make a positive impact in her patients’ lives. Alongside her home health work, Shelby is actively pursuing opportunities to specialize in outpatient rehabilitation and become a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT)

Outside of her professional life, Shelby enjoys staying active at the gym, spending time with her two dogs, taking on new home projects, and traveling with her husband.

Lani Silverstone, OTD, OTR/L

Lani is an occupational therapist based in Burlington, Vermont. She earned her Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from Tufts University in May 2024, following a Bachelor of Arts in Biopsychology, Cognition, and Neuroscience with a minor in Medical Anthropology from the University of Michigan. A proud self-described “neuro nerd,” Lani is especially passionate about supporting individuals recovering from or adapting to neurological conditions, including stroke, traumatic brain injury, nerve compressions, chronic pain, and neurodegenerative diseases.

Since relocating from the Boston area in November 2024, Lani has been working in post-acute and long-term care settings with older adults—an area in which she continues to practice part-time. She is now excited to expand her clinical experience at REACH, where she looks forward to working with a diverse population in the outpatient setting.

In her free time, Lani finds joy in the outdoors, practicing yoga, and experimenting with new pottery techniques. She is also a devoted parent to her English Lab and her ever-expanding collection of houseplants.

Shelley graduated from Springfield College in Massachusetts with a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy in 2001 and has been National Board Certified in Occupational Therapy since 2002. Her clinical experience includes adult inpatient and outpatient settings, working with folks with a variety of diagnoses and the impact on their everyday tasks, roles, and routines. Shelley also spent over a decade supporting public school children with special needs to engage and participate more fully in their role as a student. Shelley believes that approaching upper limb conditions with a biopsychosocial approach is the optimal way to help clients achieve their goals and help facilitate confidence in their everyday life.

Shelley teaches and practices yoga on and off the mat and enjoys being outside as often as possible, which comes easily when walking her chocolate lab, Scout, daily. She frequently recruits her husband to help with gardening tasks and is getting used to observing the journeys of her adult children.

Eubhe Tantog, Operations Tsar

Eubhe Tantog (pronounced U-B) is our Operations Administrator and our greatest asset. She works remotely from the Philippines through a REACH only Virtual Private Network.

She has worked in Virtual Assistance for a few years now specializing in medical billing. She is a mother and enjoys time outside.

How she manages to be so efficient and pleasant to talk to when it’s her middle of the night is a mystery to me and much appreciated.

Maricor Cua, Patient Support Wizard

We are excited to welcome Cor to our team. She will pick up scheduling, referral management and communications from our Operations Administrator who has a very full plate. She works remotely from the Philippines through a REACH only Virtual Private Network.

She has a BS in nursing and holds a US nursing license in NY. She has been working as a Medical Virtual Assistance for a couple of years now specializing in patient interface. Making the switch has allowed her more time with her young family.
